Information, referrals, crisis intervention counseling and advocacy for orders of
protection to victims who accompany police officers to the Complaint Room. Staff
obtains information on victims in order to notify them of future court appearances,
and can also provide victims with information on the status of their case in Criminal
Court.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. midnight, six days a week.
