Legal representation for victims of domestic violence in family offense, custody, visitation, and divorce proceedings. Some criminal defense cases taken for women accused of fighting back or other crimes; some appeals from family/criminal court. Training/consultation services to lawyers and other social service providers.

Eligibility criteria: women survivors of domestic violence. Case must be filed in Bronx or New York counties. Must call contact above - no walk-ins.
Bronx County residents: must be eligible for free services (limited income).
New York County residents: if limited income, free or sliding scale. Services available regardless of language, disability or immigration status.
