331 East 70th Street, New York, NY 10021 Programs include Headstart; after-school and camping programs; teen recreation and employment services; parenting programs; fitness center and programs; adult classes/workshops; senior center; home care services for elderly and disabled persons; homeless women's shelter and day treatment services; men/women homeless outreach; information, referrals and advocacy clinic for landlord-tenant, entitlement and social service issues; crime prevention and community organizing programs.
Eligibility criteria: those who live, work or attend school between East 59th and East 96th Streets, Fifth Avenue to the East River. Home care programs for older adults and disabled persons serve those who live between East 96th and East 14th Streets.
